Upon joining Harbor Fitness you will receive one 60 minute, one on one, complimentary training appointment. You will be able to discuss your goals with a certified personal trainer who will then lead you through an assessment and complete workout.


PACKAGES

All of our trainers are certified through accredited organizations such as NASM, ACSM, and NSCA.
Exercising privately with a trainer is a necessity for some and a luxury for others. For those, and everyone in between, we offer the following programs:

”I want to start by saying all of the staff at Harbor Fitness Park Slope are wonderful but this review is for my awesome trainer Manu. I have been training with Manu for almost a year and have never felt better about myself. I am down 50 lbs and 3 pants sizes.
