TRAIN FOR LIFE PROGRAM
Offered at Bay Ridge, Park Slope, and Mill Basin
Upon joining our club you are guaranteed three complimentary, one-on-one personal training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer of your choice.
Your 1st session is a fitness evaluation and is scheduled upon enrollment. Your One-on-one personal training session will then be scheduled two days after your fitness evaluation is complete. Here your trainer will discuss the results of your evaluation, personal goals, and design a unique workout routine for you to use for six weeks. The trainer will take you through every exercise. They will teach you proper form, range of motion, how to execute each exercise, and explain the purpose and benefits of your tailor made routine to give you the maximum results.
